Our Systems & IT department is designed as an integral part of our software development services, supporting the development process. It is responsible for maintaining smooth operation of all systems, as well as optimization through upgrades and automation. It also undertakes interoperability with complex client setups (e.g. remote access, site-to-site VPNs, implementation of client’s security policies, etc)

Our Software engineers rely on the IT department for:

• Installation and configuration of computers (hardware/ software), secured systems and networks
• Monitoring computer systems and networks
• Security monitoring and testing systems and networks
• Help desk for any issues that might arise
• Testing new technologies, e.g. setting up internal big data processing cluster
• DevOps activities
