Beyond Robotics, a newly formed group of students with the aim of building the 1st Greek rover that will participate in the European Rover Challenge competition.
The rover that the team is asked to build will be an autonomous research vehicle and a mobile scientific platform at the same time. Some of the tests it will undergo are autonomous navigation over rough terrain, soil sample collection and analysis, and manipulation of a panel of switches and buttons with the help of a robotic arm.
We wish Beyond Robotics the best of luck.
